Fees for forensic services

For the following forensic services, a minimum retainer of $2000.00  will be required in advance for all work and as this amount is exhausted a replenishment amount will be requested. A retainer is required prior to any work being initiated.  Generally, this retainer is sufficient to cover psychological testing, clinical interview, review of documents, and case consultation.  Fees for testimony will be in addition to the initial retainer.

1. Psychological Evaluations (personality, emotional, cognitive and behavioral functioning).
2. PTSD Evaluations
3. Immigration Evaluations

For the following forensic services, a minimum retainer of $2500.00will be required in advance for all work and as this amount is exhausted a replenishment amount will be requested. 

1. Sex Offender Psychological Evaluation and Risk Assessment
2. Parenting Capacity Evaluations
3. Neuropsychological Evaluations/Independent Medical Examinations

Additional forensic services

Deposition/Testimony                                                            $375.00 per hour

Court Consultant                                                                     $350.00 per hour

Court Related Travel Expenses                                             $250.00 per hour

Expedited fees (report completed within 2 weeks)           $450.00

Expedited fees (report completed within 3-5 days)          $800.00

Cancellation Policy 

Please contact our office at 864-520-8152 to cancel an appointment.Cancellation of an appointment must be made 24 hours prior to that appointment.  Since alternative bookings are unlikely at such short notice, our policy is to charge one hour ($200) for appointment no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
