Fees for Forensic Evaluations

For an immigration evaluation, an initial minimum retainer of $1,500.00 will be required prior to any work being initiated. As this amount is exhausted, a replenishment amount will be requested. 

For a psychological evaluation (i.e., personality, emotional, and behavioral functioning, parental capacity, diagnostic clarification, fitness for duty, etc.) an initial minimum retainer of $1,500.00 will be required prior to any work being initiated. As this amount is exhausted, a replenishment amount will be requested.

For specialized forensic evaluations (i.e., psychosexual and risk assessment, neuropsychological/independent medical examination, comprehensive custody) an initial minimum retainer of $3,000.00 will be required prior to any work being initiated. As this amount is exhausted, a replenishment amount will be requested.

For psychological re-evaluations, an initial minimum retainer in the amount of $2,000.00 will be required prior to any work being initiated.  As this amount is exhausted, a replenishment amount will be requested. 

For specialized psychological re-evaluations, an initial minimum retainer in the amount of $2,500.00 will be required prior to any work being initiated.  As this amount is exhausted, a replenishment amount will be requested.

Expedited Fees. Reports are able to be expedited for a flat fee that does not count toward the retainer fee. For a 3 to 5 day rush you will be required to pay a fee of $800 and for a two week rush you will be required to pay a fee of $450. Please note that the timeframe of the expedited period begins upon the completion of the intake, psychological testing, collateral interviews/phone calls, and gathering of collateral documents.

Court Related Travel Expenses                                             $200.00 per hour

Cancellation Policy/Rescheduling Policy

Please contact our office at 864-520-8152 to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any changes to an appointment must be made 48 hours prior to that appointment.  Since alternative bookings are unlikely at such short notice, our policy is to charge $250 for appointment no shows, cancellations, or reschedules less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
